Effective May 29, 2025 all quotes, applications and new policies must be completed through DUAL Express.
Please note that renewals for National Summit policies will be converted to Homebound policies starting on July 30, 2025.
Quoting for all DUAL Personal Lines products is open in all Texas counties, except the following six counties: Hidalgo, Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, and Orange.
